Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and objectives.
- Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to source top-tier candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Cultivate strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions.
- Assist in developing and maintaining recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience.
- Strong understanding of both direct hire and contract recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in utilizing various sourcing techniques and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work within a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
