Position Overview

We are in search of a seasoned and results-oriented Recruiter to join our diverse clients nationwide. Some roles offer remote opportunities, while others require onsite presence. In these positions, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier talent for both direct hire and contract roles, contributing significantly to our clients' success and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand staffing needs and objectives.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to source top-tier candidates.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience.
  • Strong understanding of both direct hire and contract recruitment processes.
  • Proficiency in utilizing various sourcing techniques and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work within a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
