What You'll Do:
As a Recruitment Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process and ensuring the efficient functioning of our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to coordinating recruitment activities.
- Ownership of Greenhouse:
- Maintain ownership and oversight of the Greenhouse platform.
- Regularly audit applicant tracking data to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Generate and compile recruitment reports as needed.
- Recruiting Tools Management
- Utilize various recruiting tools for tasks such as scheduling and sourcing.
- Stay updated on the latest recruiting technologies and recommend improvements.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies to uphold data accuracy with GH.
Who You Are:
- Previous experience in recruitment coordination or related roles.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems.
- Proficient in using recruiting tools for scheduling and sourcing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to upholding data integrity.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
The on-target earnings for this role are $55,000 - $65,000. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications.
