The Recruiting Scheduler provides general administrative support to a department, group of professionals, or individual. Key Accountabilities Schedules candidate interviews.
Provides support to a team of recruiters. Assists with job postings. Utilizes strong interpersonal and written communication skill.
Accurately maintains computerized recruitment activity. Possesses knowledge of recruiting activities such as advertisement, recruitment, selection and placement, training and orientation principles, basic compensation, employee relations, and other principles. Have strong communication and time management skills.
Maintains confidentiality, utilizes discretion and good judgment. Must have experience in prioritizing work and handling multi-tasks in a high paced work environment. Required and Preferred Skills and Experience Intermediate level, typically 3-5 years of experience.
Moving towards full competency. Requires a broader, general understanding of discipline. Identifies problems and develops potential solutions.
Makes decisions within well defined parameters. ConocoPhillips contract opportunities are for project-based or other short-term engagements that require specialized skills.
