Recruiting Coordinator
A top 20 U.S. brokerage firm is seeking a dedicated and motivated Onsite Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in Lehi, UT. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Location: Lehi, UT (100% on-site)
- Position Type: Full-Time (Contract)
- Pay: $22-$23/hr
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring committee members
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, sending reminders, and providing timely updates.
- Assist with resume screening, candidate sourcing, and initial candidate assessments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Coordinate and participate in onsite recruiting events, job fairs, and other recruitment activities.
- Provide administrative support for new-hire onboarding activities, orientation, paperwork, and misc. HR team projects.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Preferred: 1+ years of experience in recruiting or HR coordination
- Preferred: Applicable degree in related field or study
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with technology, systems and workflows.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
