Overview:
As a successful Recruiting Coach for our Exclusive College Recruiting Program, you will serve as the main point of contact for approximately 100 Exclusive players. This position has a strong emphasis on building relationships with parents, and High School players. Candidates will need to know the landscape of college baseball (Div. I, II, III, NAIA, JUCO) and have strong relationships with college coaches. This is a remote position, but some travel will be required.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain consistent communication via phone call/Zoom/etc. on a regular basis with Parents and players.
  • Review "in-game" videos and select the best clips for college promotion.
  • Help players select colleges that best match up with their skill level and academics.
  • Build relationships with college coaches and keep track of their roster needs.
  • Maintain communication records with colleges you have contacted for each player.
  • Maintain communication records with all players and players.
  • Post Exclusive player videos on social media channels.
  • College coaching experience and working knowledge of the NCAA rules.
  • Emphasis on West coach college baseball relationships and knowledge of programs.
  • Potential needs to travel for Player Development events or Baseball Factory National Tournament team events to represent the Exclusive Program.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of working with youth, parents, and coaches.
  • Computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Minimum of 5 years college coaching experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills – ability to communicate with staff and prepare written reports.
