Recruiter/Headhunter
A nursing home group is seeking a Rockstar Recruiter/Headhunter to join our team.
Recruiter/HeadhunterResponsibilities Include:
- Cold calling and reaching out to prospective candidates on LinkedIn and competitive organisations
- Source candidates for open positions through online job site and our in-house database
- Evaluate and screen resumes received
- Conduct initial phone screen with potential candidates, then facilitate resumes as needed
- Perform data entry as needed
- Perform Cold calling & Warm Calling
Recruiter/HeadhunterQualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-year recruiting experience
- Self- Starter and multi-tasking
- Excellent follow up skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
