Job Summary
iLABS is looking for an experienced Recruiter/Sourcer to join our exciting HR Team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about attracting top talent in the beauty and tech industries. Your mission is to attract, assess, and onboard top-tier candidates. This position requires a blend of recruiting expertise, excellent interpersonal skills, hunger to learn--and strong HR knowledge would be a huge plus!
Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract the best talent
• Utilize a variety of methods to search for potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
• Conduct initial screenings of potential candidates to assess their suitability for the roles
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and their progress throughout the recruitment process
• Communicate with hiring managers and other recruiters to ensure an efficient and effective recruitment process
• Prepare job postings and other recruitment materials
• Respond to inquiries from candidates and provide information about the recruitment process
• Coordinate interviews and other activities as needed
• Implement process to maximize candidate experience
• Support other HR's tasks and assignments as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a sourcer, recruiter, or related role (in beauty and/or tech industries would be a huge plus!)
• Associates degree or above in HR, business, or other related field, or equivalent work experience and education
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Experience using Greenhouse ATS system
• Able to work productively in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of all Microsoft packages including Word, Outlook, and Excel
• General knowledge of HR best practices would be an advantage
• Able to work effectively as part of a team to achieve a common goal
