About You

· You are exceptionally organized with an extreme attention to detail

· You are a self-starter and love projects/tasks with minimal supervision

· You learn quickly and ask questions rather than do the task wrong or incompletely

· Self-Starter

· You have excellent English and Spanish communication skills both written and verbal

· You love working with clients and applicants by phone and in person

· You listen to and follow directions implicitly

What the role entails

· Providing exceptional customer service to clients, current employees, and applicants

· Develop detailed job descriptions by communicating with clients then advertise new jobs

· Conducts interviews using comprehensive recruiting and selection tools/methods and assessing

applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes

· Recruit, source, screen, and onboard new hires

· Ensure employees’ files accurate and as well as data bases on a weekly basis

· Conduct background checks and schedule drug tests as needed

· Handle and oversee employee training as needed - send training packets to clients

· Maintain and update applicant data base

· Ensure shift changes, shift cancelation and schedules are communicated to team leads

· Oversee current employee attendance and performance; provide corrective actions as needed

· Work with our clients to monitor their staffing needs and project future staffing levels

Technology Experience

· Social Media Management: YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (intermediate levels)

· Word, Excel, Power Point, Google Workplace (Google docs, Google sheets, Google Slides & Google Drive)

· Canva

· Hootsuite

· Constant Contact

· Slack
