Early Autism Services has an exciting opportunity for an experienced healthcare Recruiter who wants to make a difference! The Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting to find the best qualified candidates for the state specific open positions. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years recruiting (remote) experience, preferably in a high volume / healthcare environment.

What will you do?
- High volume full-cycle recruiting for Behavior Technicians/ Registered Behavior Technicians (BTs/ RBTs) in a designated area. This includes screening candidates, interviewing, making offers, and follow up communication.
- Work with operations, HR, and local teams to identify staffing needs.
- Sourcing candidates using our (Applicant Tracking System ADP, MONDAY, Calendly) job boards, social media and other resources.
- Use ATS to track your candidates' activities and job postings.
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years healthcare recruiting experience, with a strong preference for prior ABA recruiting
- High volume recruiting experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Calendly, MONDAY.com, Smartsheet and ADP
- Experience using multiple Applicant Tracking Systems
