The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Project - Recruiter Supplementation
- Strong external headhunting skills including cold calling, and use/experience in using top marketing or sourcing tools such as social media, network referrals and ATS, experience using/analyzing labor market data
- Recruit/ source/ fill low to highly complex Professional/Management roles, especially sales and/or technical roles
- Strong influencing skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to report out on activity effectively, track prospects and their progress
- Must be flexible and adaptable to the changes of activity
