Outreach is hiring a Full-time Recruiter & Internship Coordinatorat Outreach Center Office to manage the full-cycle recruitment for various positions, coordinate the internship programs at Outreach, and be an effective member of the 5-member HR Team.

Responsibilities:
- The Recruiter & Internship Coordinator will recruit for a variety of positions, including but not limited to teachers, social workers, therapists, administrators, etc.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle (ATS, screening, interviewing, assessments, offers, etc.).
- The Recruiter & Internship Coordinator will coordinate various aspects of the internship program, including screening and onboarding interns, developing relationships with universities and faculty members, attending career and internship fairs, etc.
- The Recruiter & Internship Coordinator will strategically and effectively partner with managers around hiring and internship needs.
- Serve as the lead staff for planning and executing New Staff and Internship Seminars.
- The Recruiter & Internship Coordinator will partner with the Recruiting & Talent Manager on developing job descriptions and maintaining an understanding of Outreach job classifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least 2 years of human resources experience with a proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment.
- Demonstrated efficiency in applicant tracking system(s) and Microsoft Office.
- Deep collaborative style in partnering with coworkers and proactively supporting hiring managers.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong customer service focus with a desire to resource and support staff.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills that inform others and promote recruiting efforts.
- Robust listening ability and effective assessment and discernment skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Experience with internship programs and career fairs a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs to manage event supplies and activities.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus. Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
