Job Description
SCOPE OF POSITION
Responsible for all employment related activities (internal and external) including those related to the posting of jobs, candidate selection and processing, maintaining the applicant tracking system as well as other processes related to the hiring of employees. Responsible for the recruitment of employees to meet staffing needs for system positions. Activities will include sourcing applicants, performing screening interviews either by telephone or face-to-face, referring applicants to appropriate hiring managers, assisting hiring managers with scheduling interviews timely, follow-up on hiring decisions, coordinating new hires with the pre-employment/post hire physical screening, and assist with the orientation of new hires as required. Attends career fairs, organizes recruitment events, and provides input in design of recruitment materials and brochures, including print advertisements. Responsible for producing reports related to employment metrics. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, as well as strong computer skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or other Business Related Field Required or Five Years Human Resources Experience Required with previous Employment Management experience preferred.
SHRM (PHR or SPHR) Certification preferred. Valid motor vehicle driver’s license required
