Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive assessment, Recreation Therapy, socialization, and coordination of 24 hour care for PACE participants as part of the interdisciplinary team.
- Plan, organize, and conduct a comprehensive program of individual and group recreation to enable participants to achieve optimum levels of independent functioning socialization.

Qualifications:
- Two years of experience in a social or recreational setting providing and coordinating service for elderly populations within the last five years, one of which was full time in a patient activities program in a health care setting.
- Bilingual candidate is highly desired
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in recreational or activities therapy, music therapy or other therapeutic activites area preferred.
