Description
Responsible for program management, development, and supervisory oversight of planning, directing, evaluating, and staffing of youth and community theatre productions, theatre classes and dance programs, events, camps, and associated programs. Areas of direct oversight include but are not limited to youth and community theatre, dance and music programs, and summer camps (i.e., Theatre Arts Workshop, Artistic Adventures). Assists with planning and implementation of department and District events. Hours will fluctuate based on programs and special events; evening, weekend, and/or holiday work applies.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with major coursework in Theatre, Music, Recreation Management, or related field, supplemented by two (2) to four (4) years of applicable experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Theatre production and performance (creative, technical)
- Program and budget management
- Software applications utilized for program registration, budget, time, and attendance management.
- Experience and interest in working with youth, adults, and seniors.
- Public Speaking
- Proven record of providing quality customer service
- CPR/AED Certification or ability to obtain within six (6) months of hire
