Form of workThe Recreation Supervisor's responsibilities include:
- Assuring luxury recreational experiences for our guests
- Training staff to assist at pools, beaches,and fitness center
- Ensuring that all areas are pristine, and equipment is in perfect working order
- Assisting recreation management in planning high-quality activities and events for all guests
- Anticipating guests needs and providing superior customer service
- Observing and enforcing all rules and regulations related to the resort's recreational features
- Maintaining a high level of safety standards
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
Previous recreation management experience at a luxury resort is preferred. The individual should enjoy training and motivating staff to provide exceptional customer service. The role involves consistent guest and staff interaction. Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills are required. The ability to create a warm, fun, and creative environment for both guests and staff are keys to success in this capacity.
