Essential Functions:

• Assists in the general appearance of the Clubhouse by cleaning areas in and around the Clubhouse, including restrooms, exercise areas, main Clubhouse area, front desk area, lower windows and both interior and exterior furniture. This position is primarily janitorial in nature and may require work on any day of the week, including weekends, as assigned.
• Assists in the set-up and break-down of classes, special events, and meetings as required.
• May assist the Lifestyle Director in providing new residents and prospective residents with Clubhouse tours as required.
• Other duties as assigned and required.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduation from high school or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours or shifts and holidays
• One year experience in the field of customer service, recreation, fitness, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a large-scale membership facility

Special Requirements:

• Will be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
• May be required to work outside under adverse weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

ADA Requirements:

• Ability to sit or stand at the front desk to check-in residents, guests, and visitors. Walk to conduct tours of the facility. Minimal lifting for trash removal, replace weights, move tables and chairs
• See and read small print, both on paper and a computer screen, quickly and accurately
• Ability to hear a human voice over the telephone and from 6 feet away
• Ability to move quickly and assist others in an emergency
• Ability to obtain AED/CPR/First Aid Certification
