RECOVERY SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL 1 - MENTAL HEALTH RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM
The Recovery Support Professional I will have the primary responsibility of supporting clients in their residential treatment in a therapeutic capacity. This includes facilitating and documenting of psychoeducational groups, peer lead meetings and ongoing client safety checks.
Full-Time / Non-Exempt
Pay Range begins at $18.98 / hour
QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience with Behavioral Health preferred. Previous experience with an electronic health record preferred. Ability to communicate in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred. Must have organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
*Valid Driver’s license required with ability to transport others using company vehicles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitates psycho-educational groups in the program.
- Maintains appropriate clinical records and reports according to established timelines.
- Assists in the connection to needed resources including entitlements and other supports necessary for recovery including Community Supports.
- Any additional responsibilities assigned by Supervisor.
