The Position

RA's primary responsibility is to help to facilitate 12-Step lectures and group discussions and remain directly involved in monitoring and mentoring the clients. As direct care staff and support to the clinical operation, Origins RA's act as a liaison between clients and staff and relay pertinent client information to appropriate clinical staff. At times, the RA will maintain files, facilitate and coordinate off-site activities, assist in the admissions/intake process, and participate in many other aspects of the client's experience at Origins. Transporting patients to and from meetings, events, appointments is a big component of the daily job functions.
