Fred Beans Ford of Doylestown is hiring immediately for Reconditioning Technician
Monday-Friday working hours!
As a Reconditioning Technician, you'll be responsible for the inspection, refurbishment,
and maintenance of various vehicles. Your role involves assessing, repairing,
and ensuring the quality and functionality of used vehicles, contributing to the efficient
reconditioning process.
What You’ll Do
- Inspection and Assessment: Evaluate the condition of vehicles to
- Repair and Refurbishment: Perform repairs, replacements, and refurbishments
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks post-reconditioning to ensure
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of reconditioning processes, detailing
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain tools and equipment used in the reconditioning
- Collaboration: Coordinate with other team members, supervisors, or
- Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, regulations, and company policies
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or
- Experience: Previous experience in refurbishment, repair, or technical
