Reconciliation Specialist

As a Recon Clerk, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough recon activities to verify and reconcile various data sets, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assist in identifying discrepancies and resolving them promptly to maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to gather necessary information and ensure alignment of records.
• Maintain detailed documentation of recon activities and outcomes for future reference and audit purposes.
• Assist in generating reports and summaries based on recon findings, providing valuable insights to management.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
• Uphold confidentiality and security protocols when handling sensitive information.

Qualifications:

• MUST have experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
• High school diploma or equivalent education required; additional certifications or coursework in accounting or related fields preferred.
• Proven experience in a recon or data entry role, demonstrating proficiency in handling large volumes of data with precision.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies effectively.
• Proficiency in computer applications and software, particularly Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues across departments.
