The Role

The Recon Timecards Administrator at Tricolor California Auto Group will be responsible for ensuring accurate recording of time worked and flag hours completed by employees across our Reconditioning locations and ensuring timely and accurate payment processing, as well as compliance with local and state regulations. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual.

What will you be doing at Ganas Auto?

• Timekeeping Management:
  • Accurately input and maintain employee time records in the company's timekeeping system.
  • Review and verify timecards for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Flag Hours Monitoring:
  • Investigate and address any irregularities or discrepancies in flagged hours promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with department managers to resolve issues related to flagged hours and ensure proper documentation.
• Payroll Support:
  • Address employee inquiries regarding timekeeping and payroll matters in a professional and timely manner.
• Reporting and Documentation:
  • Generate and maintain reports related to timekeeping, flagged hours, and payroll processing as required.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of timekeeping processes, policies, and procedures.
• Compliance and Regulations:
  • Stay informed about relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards related to timekeeping and payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing timekeeping and wage payment practices.

• High School Diploma or GED,
• 2+ years of experience in timekeeping, payroll administration, or a related position
• Familiarity with timekeeping systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills and time management
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
