Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages as needed - Provide general administrative and clerical support - Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar - Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks - Transcribe and distribute meeting minutes - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records - Manage office supplies and inventory - Coordinate mailings, shipments, and deliveries - Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents Requirements: - Proven experience as a receptionist, secretary, or in a similar role - Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Knowledge of phone systems and office equipment operation - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality - Experience as a medical receptionist is a plus Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
