We are looking for front office, pre-optometric assistants and retail sales people – no experience necessary because we are willing to train the right person! He or she must be outgoing, enthusiastic, and loves working with people. We have full-time as well as part-time positions available in our office,

Requirements:

1. Must be available to work Saturdays

2. Must be proficient on the computer

Job Duties:

• Schedule and Check-in Patients
• Send office forms/documents via email/fax to patients
• Answer phones and emails
• Perform preliminary vision tests
• Collect payments
• Pull insurance authorizations
• Bill and submit insurance claims
• Dispense/ Adjust eyeglasses and contact lenses
• Order contact lenses
• Receive/Ship packages
• Glasses and contacts verification
• Contact lens training
• Daily cleaning maintenance
• Other duties as required by supervisor

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
