Receptionist / Intake Coordinator
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and personable Receptionist/Intake Coordinator to join our dynamic law firm. As the first point of contact for clients, this individual will play a crucial role in creating a positive and professional image for our firm.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, route them to the appropriate personnel, and take messages when necessary.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their legal needs.
- Collect and record essential client information during initial contact.
- Efficiently manage client intake paperwork and documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule client consultations and appointments.
- Maintain the firm's calendar, coordinating and rescheduling appointments as needed.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff as required.
- Relay messages, announcements, and information to the appropriate parties promptly.
- Respond to general inquiries from clients, potential clients, and other visitors.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred. Pay is determined based on experience.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Uphold a high standard of confidentiality and discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
