- Welcoming Yacht Club guests and directing them to the person they are visiting
- Answering phones and making phone calls on behalf of club employees
- Creating reservations for members for dining and other Club activities
- Forwarding phone calls to appropriate recipients and notifying Club management with any problems with the phone system
- Sending and replying to office emails
- Keeping office records up to date
- Sending and receiving mail and other correspondence
- Performing various other clerical tasks including copying, filing etc.
Must be able to multi task with restaurant experience.
Friendly, outgoing demeanor at all times when interfacing with members and guests.
Customer service oriented, with ability to remember members' names and faces.
Able to remain calm in hectic situations.
Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word used daily.
Rotating week schedule. Tuesday-Saturday. May be different on a Holiday. Part-time may also be available.
Benefits start after a 90 day evaluation. Raise with good evaluation.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
