Receptionist/Dispatcher for SERVPRO of Northeast Columbus

SERVPRO of Northeast Columbus, a premier national cleanup & restoration company is expanding and seeking 1st shift Receptionist/Dispatcher. Part-time and full-time positions available. The company owns ten franchises around the greater Columbus area and has been in business for the past 43 years.

Job Duties

- Answer incoming phone calls

- Provide excellent customer service

- Fill out First Notice of Loss for incoming insurance claims

- Dispatch lead calls and job referrals

- Perform detailed and accurate data entry

- Schedule and coordinate appointments for estimates, service and job follow up

Minimum Requirements

- 2+ year(s) of administrative or office-related experience

- Experience with scheduling a plus

- Experience in Service industry environment a plus

- Ability to multi-task

- Capability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented office environment

Compensation

- $22/hr. -$25/hr. depending on experience
