Receptionist/Data Entry

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry/ Receptionist. As a Data Entry Receptionist , you will be responsible for accurately inputting data into our systems. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers and has strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data into our database systems
- Verify accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents
- Review and correct any errors or discrepancies in the data
- Generate reports based on entered data as needed
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned

Experience:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in data entry and typing skills
- Basic math skills for calculations and verification purposes
- Familiarity with clerical procedures and office equipment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
