Westown Veterianry Clinic is looking to hire a dependable employee to join their team as a Receptionist/CSR. This is a great opportunity for those with excellent customer service and communication skills. Applicants should possess excellent communication and phone skills, the ability to multitask, the ability to learn quickly and retain information, as well as excellent judgement and problem solving skills. Extensive use of computer software is required for this position, so basic computer literacy is a must.

REQUIREMENTS:
· 1 year customer service experience preferred
· Computer skills
· Timekeeping
· Excellent organizational skills
· Able to utilize multi-line phone
· Strong communication skills
· Able to lift 40 lbs.
· Able to stand for up to 8 hours a day
· Able to handle dogs on leashes
· Display professional manner at all times
