Linnemann Realty, one of Central Texas's leading Real Estate and Property Management companies, is looking for a Receptionist/Client Service Representative.
Receptionist/Client Service Representative Core Duties
- Greeting clients
- Answering multi-line phone system
- Key checkouts
- Answering questions regarding available homes
- Daily communication with staff, vendors, and others as needed.
- Serve as customer service representative for owners by assisting with concerns and issues
- Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner.
- Handle miscellaneous assignments as requested
Receptionist/Client Service Representative Qualifications:
- 2-year previous experience in property management is strongly preferred
- Ability to work with agents, clients, and residents in a professional manner that respects the values of the company
- Ability to thrive working in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Organizational skills are a must
- Strong Customer Service skills required
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people to include co-workers, vendors, and customers
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Positive, outgoing demeanor
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Good time management skills
