Receptionist/Chiropractic Front Office

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments
- Assist with chiropractic administrative support tasks, such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and address their inquiries or concerns

-Processing and filing insurance claims

-Must be available to work Monday-Thursday 7:45 AM to 11:45 AM, 1:45 PM to 5:45 PM, Friday 7:45 to 11:45, 12:45 PM to 2:45 PM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 – 38 per week
