Receptionist/Cashier (Full Time/Part Time)

• Job Purpose:

LIGHTS & MORE is looking for a RECEPTIONIST/CASHIER (Full time/Part time) for its lighting showroom.

Serve customers by processing payments, assist main office and administration department.

• Duties:

* Help customers with computer base invoicing.

* Process payments by totaling purchases; process checks, cash, and store or other credit cards.

* Welcome customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.

* Answer telephone calls, keep clientele informed by following customers requests via email.

* Assist with all customer needs and customer service requests.

* Keep office data entry up to date on a daily basis.

* Help to attain set goals, office work flow and general administrative operation.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Great computer skills is a must.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish/English)
• Experience with Quickbooks Accounting Program and/or retail cashier position.
• Associate Degree minimum.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
