Receptionist/Cashier

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier/Receptionist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Process payments, refunds, and exchanges
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Assist with inventory management and restocking merchandise

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Proficient in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Basic math skills for retail calculations
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
