Office Receptionist – Business Assistant - Part Time

Lansing, MI

Midwest Communications in Lansing, MI and Radio Stations WJXQ, WLMI, WWDK and WQTX has an immediate opening for a part-time Office Receptionist/Business Assistant.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, has excellent customer service skills, is able to multi-task, and is organized and efficient.

Duties include but are not limited to:

· Answer incoming phone calls and route them to proper extensions

· Greet visitors to station

· Process all prize paperwork with winners as required

· Political sales coordinator: input political orders into Wide Orbit

· Record political orders into the FCC file (online)

· Handle the execution of NAB political paperwork

· Ensure we are compliant with Corporate with all political and issue buys

· Assist traffic when needed (logs, filing, etc.)

· 2-5pm -15 hours weekly – Monday thru Friday
