Receptionist

A Faith-Based, Nonprofit, Short-Term Rehabilitation and Skilled Geriatric Care facility sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm, we've served the community since 1964. We are looking for a Receptionist for Weekends Only.
** Weekends Only: a range of shift options: 8a to 3p or 3p to 8p **
Receptionist Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Receptionist or concierge experience required.
Receptionist Job Summary:
- Route incoming mail and packages to appropriate mailbox, community or Department.
- Maintain telecommunication system for console operation and paging system.
- Maintain files and listing of residents by name, room number, and extension.
- Monitor assigned entrance and advise visitors and employees to use main entrance.
- Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
- Maintain security by following procedures.
- Notify maintenance or housekeeping regarding lobby/building maintenance issues.
- Assist various departments with administrative duties and projects as assigned.
- Order and maintain supplies and arrange for equipment maintenance.
