Receptionist - Weekends

Join Us as a Weekend Receptionist!

Part time 16 hours, Weekends Saturday and Sunday 7:00 am - 3;30 pm

Responsible for administrative and support functions at MiraVista Behavioral Health Center including answering the telephone, processing calls, taking messages when necessary, greeting visitors, family members, vendors and contractors. Other administrative duties as assigned.

You Bring Meaningful Experience

Successful candidates will have the following:

• High School or Equivalent.
• 2 to 3 years of administrative experience.
• Prior experience working in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Highly personable and a team player.
• Comfortable greeting family members, stakeholders and vendors in a psychiatric setting.

MiraVista Behavioral Health Center is a new healthcare provider created to bring much needed psychiatric and substance use disorder services to Western Massachusetts. We opened in April 2021 and are rapidly growing our treatment programs to meet the needs of the Pioneer Valley.
