Requirements and Job Skills:

Great communication and language skills.

Ability to answer phone, direct calls, record accurate messages, in a friendly, helpful tone.

Ability to learn and maintain customer account information; help resolve issues.

Ability to process system test results and provide certified documentation for clients.

Check account activity on a daily basis, following through as necessary.

Assist co-workers as necessary.

Strong computer skills and technology comprehension.

Available for 24 hours part time in-person employment 8:00 – 5:00, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
