RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Greet walk-ins, service existing accounts, assist with payments, answer billing questions, provide insurance documents, assist with claims, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Maintain strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Ability to follow direction and execute office processes and procedures
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers
- Ability to explain complex financial issues in terms understandable for general public
- Able to achieve P&C & L&H insurance license
- Ability to execute a detailed business plan
- Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Hourly plus commission/bonus based on sales
