Receptionist / Site Manager

Position: Receptionist /Site Manager

Location: West Hollywood, Ca

Reports to: Regional Manager

Phenix Salon Suites, the premier provider of private, luxury studios to beauty and wellness professionals, has an immediate opening for a Site Manager/Receptionist position. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, reliable, and personable individual. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with multitasking and able to interact with an array of different personality types. Experience is not required, but knowledge of the beauty and wellness professions is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site duties and ensure smooth operations.
• Perform cleaning tasks.
• Manage day-to-day operations at the site.
• Greet and assist clients.
• Perform site tours for current and potential licensees.
• Order, review and approve supply purchases.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others
• Capacity to handle work efficiently under pressure

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.50 per hour
