Position Title: Receptionist
Hours: Monday Saturday, flexible to work a shift between 7am to 8pm
Location: Dallas, TX
Pay: $18/hr
Job Description:
Take inbound phone calls, directing those call to where they need to go and answering questions
Check, open and distribute office mail.
Perform clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, data entry, filing, and sorting mail
Prepare, print, and mail letters and bulk mailings.
Assist with constantly updating the telephone directly
Prepare conference room for meetings and ensure the break room is stocked and organized.
Manage front desk ensuring a professional, yet warm and inviting atmosphere for staff and guests.
Requirements:
2+ year(s) of Administrative/Receptionist experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
High School diploma or equivalent
