Position Summary:
As the receptionist you are the first point of contact and first impression for our community. In this position you will ensure guests are greeted in a professional and welcoming manner while providing administrative support to multiple departments and addressing resident questions and requests. Multitasking, stress management and leadership skills are essential for this position.
Part Time: Friday - Monday 3pm-8pm
Starting Pay: $18.50
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Answer and screen all incoming calls. Route calls and take messages as appropriate.
- Greet and screen all visitors.
- Perform general office duties such as maintaining records, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Provide administrative support for departments as needed.
- Maintain fire and life safety documentation and monitor Maintenance Director’s required fire drills and training follow through..
- Assists residents with maintenance request forms and other incidental requests.
- Other duties as assigned.
