- NEED PRIOR LAW FIRM EXPERIENCE AS A RECEPTIONIST/OFFICE MANAGER
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the office
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Manage office supplies and place orders as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with proofreading and transcribing documents as required
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
