We are looking for dynamic, energetic, outgoing, and organized sales consultants to join our fast-paced, prominent Cosmetic Surgery practice to assist in the patient acquisition process and strengthen the patient experience.
The focus of this position is Cosmetic Surgery sales, offering superior patient care and coordination, contact and financial management, and scheduling. Our ideal candidate must possess exceptional people skills, be technologically savvy, and a self-starter with a passion to excel.
Responsibilities:
Acting as liaison between our surgeon and our patients
Paying close attention to the details of the entire patient experience
Promoting surgical results
Quoting procedure fees
Collecting fees
Candidates must have a business professional presentation that is representative of our upscale practice, be highly motivated and work well individually as well as in a team environment consistent with high-end hospitality.
This position will need to develop a strong understanding of our non-surgical and surgical offerings to expertly explain to patients. This education will be provided over the first coming months of training through training modules, coaching and training consultants.
Experience and Requirements:
Proven record of excellence in customer service and sales.
Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills over the telephone, in written communication and in-person.
Ability to effectively sustain multiple simultaneous tasks while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Proof of vaccination to COVID 19 consistent with WA DOH requirements
