Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, welcoming a Closing Shiftreceptionist/janitorial to join our team!
As the receptionist/janitorial for our busy spa, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls, as well as attend to the needs of customers throughout their visits. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. Loves cleaning, organizing and maintance in a efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
- Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
- Deep clean facility nightly
- Change filters and maintance on Float Cabin
Qualifications
- Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred
- Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
- Previous job in cleaning/janitorial
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiar with computers and scheduling software
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work independently alone and stay on task
