Front line receptionist that is people/customer service orientated with the ability to interact with residents of a multi-family housing building. Must possess good written, oral and verbal skills and be able to multi-task in a fast paced office environment and detail oriented. Have the ability to work as a team along side the on-site property manager assisting with special projects. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to are the following; greeting residents and vendors, work order processing, processing housing (rent) payments, answering incoming calls, filing, assist with housing application process, assist with mailings, sort incoming mail. Computer skills required. Only those considered for the position will be contacted. After a 60 day probation period healthcare, vision and dental benefits are offered.
