Geneva Lake Manor is a highly respected Skilled Nursing and Rehab Community, with a reputation for providing quality care to seniors in Lake Geneva and surrounding communities for more than 35 years! We are currently recruiting for an energetic, outgoing, professional customer service focused Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our facility. The Front Office Receptionist will provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.

Qualifications:

• ​Must be at least 18 years of age

• Must be a high school graduate

• Must have typing and organization skills

• Must be able to meet the public

• Must have knowledge of office equipment and supplies

• Must have sincere desire to work with residents, staff, visitors, and family members

• Must be able to intermittently stand, walk and sit 6-8 hours in an 8-hour day

• Must be able to occasionally bend, squat and twist body

• Must be able to lift a maximum of 20# with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects up to 10#

Working Conditions:

• May be exposed to bruises and scratches from residents striking out

• May be exposed to infections and odors

• May be involved unexpectedly, or on short notice, to tasks that involve exposure to blood, body fluids or mucous membranes
