This position is responsible for a variety of administrative activities, including welcoming visitors and guests, providing administrative support to the Customer Service Department.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
• Answering incoming phone calls, screen & direct calls
• Take and relay messages.
• Effective communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy. This includes the ability to speak and write clearly to deliver client service excellence – over the phone, through e-mail, or in all other interactions.
• Monitor and maintain office equipment.
• Basic data entry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word & Outlook
• Sort incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
• Monitor visitors’ access and maintain security awareness.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support.
• Accounts Receivable Processing
• Previous Sales experience would be beneficial.
• Tidy and maintain the reception area.
• Work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 6:30 AM to 3:00PM, occasional overtime.
• Reliability
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High School Graduate or GED
