RECEPTIONIST / ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
- Serve as a point of contact for admission inquiries
- Facilitate the admission process and answer to the first level of inquiries
- Act as a liaison between families and the Admission Team
- Fulfill administrative and organizational tasks for the Admission department
- Help prepare and attend all admissions events
- Answer phone calls
- Greet family members / staff / residents
- Assist with Receptionist tasks and duuties
- Work with facility Accounts Payable
- Complete monthly accounts and tracking
- Calling accounts to verify payment and invoices
- Reviewing invoices and payments processesed
INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
- Support admission database (Point Click Care) / Hospital
- Develop queries in the database as needed
- Maintain and ensure completion of all applicant files
OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
- Familiarity with independent hospital environment preferred
- Proficiency in Point Click Care / Admissions
- Experience with database management and comprehension of PCC
- Intercultural awareness
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Strong organization and time management skills
- The ability to work well with others in a high-energy environment
- A friendly and positive attitude and the desire to work as part of a team
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $19.01 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

- Health Care Admissions: 1 year (Preferred)
