Zeiler Insurance is looking for a receptionist to join our team! Bilingual Preferred. As a receptionist, you will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills

The original Zeiler office was located on Adams Street in downtown Chicago. We relocated to East Side Chicago in the 50’s. In 1979 we expanded to Alsip which now serves as our main office. In addition to East Side Chicago and Alsip locations, we now have a third office in Gurnee.
