Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, exceptional phone etiquette, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars using Google Suite or other scheduling software
- Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is a plus

Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, staff, and visitors
- Proficient in using Google Suite or similar software for calendar management and document creation
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
