Receptionist

Newbold Toyota is seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time receptionist.

As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide a warm and friendly welcome upon their arrival at the dealership.
• Answer incoming phone calls, direct calls to the appropriate department, and take messages when necessary.
• Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding dealership services, products, and promotions.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining customer records.
• Coordinate with sales, service, and other departments to ensure seamless customer interactions.
• Direct any issues or complaints to the appropriate manager in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the professionalism of our dealership.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient computer skills, including the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts.

Compensation:

The part-time receptionist position at Newbold Toyota offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $17 to $19 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide employee retirement plans and opportunities for career advancement within our dealership.
